Job Description:

HRCG is looking to hire qualified candidates to fill this role;

Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining the organization's staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
The successful candidate should have knowledge in Admin/Account management with little or no supervision.
A degree in Industrial Labour & Relations/Human Resources/Personnel Management is required.
