QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum of HND/B.Sc Hotel and Catering Management, Food Tech and other relevant backgrounds.

REQUIREMENTS
A. Applicants could be from Lagos, Abuja and all parts of the country.
B. Minimum of 4 years experience managing production activities
C. Good experience in cake baking, pastries, continental and African dishes.
D. Production planning process.
E. Ensure production complies with approved recipe formulations with respect to quality and
other specifications.
