An organization in the fast food industry is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Snr Managers, Operations/Regional Managers.

Location: Lagos, Ibadan, Abeokuta

DIRECTLY
SUPERVISES: Outlet Managers, Production Managers
Qualifications/Experience:


JOB OBJECTIVE: To efficiently manage/co-ordinate outlets operations and ensure the achievement of the targets set for the outlets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
? Provide overall leadership/direction and continually enhance team performance
in various outlets to achieve satisfactory customer service delivery
? Monitor and evaluate the operations and the performance of the outlets
? Effectively manage the Personnel at the outlets for optimal productivity while
ensuring that all personnel admin policies are strictly adhered to
? Ensure that the infra structural facilities are maintained
? Attend to complex customer enquiries or problems
? Ensure implementation of efficient and effective customer service strategies.
? Evaluate the level of customer satisfaction through conduct of customer
satisfaction surveys.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATION: HND First Degree in any business related discipline plus an MBA/MSC as an added advantage.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years relevant experience
