You will also develop an existing client feedback program, promoting best practice within the firm and the role will be mixture of internal strategic direction and external client-facing responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities as a CRM Manager:

  • Communication with customers by phone and email to find out their needs, needs and proposals to strengthen the relationship with the company
  • The search for new distribution channels the company's services - work with new clients
  • Meeting or exceeding the business and financial goals by delivering agreed metrics
  • Working closely with the Senior Management Team and stakeholders to develop company and product strategy based on a deep understanding of the customer base
  • Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends
  • Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
