A leading food service company with enviable records and years of experience in excellent customer service is currently recruiting restaurant managers and Bakery Managers for their Port Harcourt and Abuja locations.

Minimum Requirements and Experience:



Restaurant Managers:
  • Bachelors degree in Food Science and technology or any other related discipline with a proven track record of leadership and managerial experience
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar work environment
  • Day-to-day management of the operations at the restaurant, coordinates the activities of the various sections within the unit.
  • Meet restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditure, analyzing variances, initaiating corrective actions
  • Ensure that profit margins are maintained, agreed costs are not exceeded through effective control system, incuding issuing against dockets, sales analysis, menu costing and cash checks.
  • Ensure excellent customer service
  • Control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation, minimizing wastes
  • Responsible for all administrative and human resources function of the rerstaurant,conduct employee trainings and performance
Bakery Managers:
  • Bachelors degree in Food Science and technology or any other related discipline with a proven track record of leadership and managerial experience
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar work environment
  • Responsible for the manufacture/production of all bakery products to attain target revenues, with minimal wastes, under stringent health and safety guidelines.
  • Direct and coordinate activities involved with production, sale, and distribution of bakery products. Determines variety and quantity of bakery products to be produced, according to orders and sales projections through collaboration with the restaurants and marketing function
  • Be directly involved in the day to day physical production of all bakery and related goods/services. Develop budget for bakery operation, utilizing experience and knowledge of current market conditions
  • Establish and manage distributor and third party retailer relationship towards maximising revenues
  • Report to management team weekly and monthly on bakery issues, progress and future requirements
