Our Company is a wholly indigenous company that markets different categories of products from home appliances to household equipment. A vacancy exists in the position below:
· Receptionists
· Secretary
· Office Assistants
Responsibilities:
- Assisting and contributing in general to office co-ordination
- Answering telephones and transferring calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Managing correspondence; including e-mails and fax
- Promptly and courteously welcome visitors and provide requested information and/or direct them to the proper person or department
- Review incoming mails and distribute them in accordance with established corporate procedures
- Prompt processing and dispatch of outgoing mails for all departments
- Ensure the mail handling process is seamless and risk free, with prompt feedback on situation of mails to concerned parties at all times
- Maintain strict client and program confidentiality
- Ensure that the reception area is neat and well organized
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum of OND qualification
- No working experience is required because adequate training will be provided
- Computer knowledge will be an added advantage
