Our Company is a wholly indigenous company that markets different categories of products from home appliances to household equipment. A vacancy exists in the position below:
· Receptionists
· Secretary
· Office Assistants

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and contributing in general to office co-ordination
  • Answering telephones and transferring calls to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Managing correspondence; including e-mails and fax
  • Promptly and courteously welcome visitors and provide requested information and/or direct them to the proper person or department
  • Review incoming mails and distribute them in accordance with established corporate procedures
  • Prompt processing and dispatch of outgoing mails for all departments
  • Ensure the mail handling process is seamless and risk free, with prompt feedback on situation of mails to concerned parties at all times
  • Maintain strict client and program confidentiality
  • Ensure that the reception area is neat and well organized


Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum of OND qualification
  • No working experience is required because adequate training will be provided
  • Computer knowledge will be an added advantage
