Manages the product development process of new products from concepts thru baking scale up.

Efficient usage of the bakery line time.

Understands manufacturing and baking technologies to produce large varieties of bread.

Good experience from similar fast food

BSc in Food Science, Food Engineering, related science or equivalent.

Baking and production background.
