Pharmaceutical Sales Vacancies
The client, a significant player in the pharma industry commenced operations in 2005 as a manufacturer, importer, distributor and marketer of high quality pharmaceutical products. At present, the company has close to a hundred (100) employees in all parts of the country including Abuja. As a serious player in the pharma industry, it has products many pharma markets, including (but not limited to) antibiotic, anti-mycotic, cardiovascular, analgesic and multivitamin segments.
It is committed to creating new values, producing quality and reliable pharmaceuticals and making contribution to medical care/well-being of the people around the world.
To achieve its short- and medium terms objectives, especially its objective of crossing the 1billion line in sales by 2019 year end, it requires the following sales professionals:

  1. NATIONAL SALES & MARKETING MANAGER


The incumbent shall be responsible for strategy, planning, execution and supervision of sales and marketing functions for the company. Reporting to the Managing Director, he/she will propose sales, market and marketing objectives and see that they are achieved.
Qualifications and Requirements

  • B Pharm. degree , Possession of an MBA a definite advantage
  • Positive track-record of superior sales and marketing performance, across regions and segments
  • 4-5 years’ experience team-leadership, including multinational and indigenous-concerns work- environment. Candidates currently holding similar position in Nigeria are preferred
    • Regional/Area Sales Leaders with at least 6-7 years’ experience, track record of performance and large indigenous company experience may be considered

  • Strong leadership and demonstrable experience in managing a sales team of 36 or more
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage sales team/operations and solve problems
  • Go-getter, with track record of superior performance
  • Self- starter, able to work with little or no supervision and to take ownership of the sales/marketing function to deliver superior performance
  • Must possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity index


Location: Lagos
Compensation is attractive and depends on experience and qualification with the usual perks and tools available to pharma sales leaders in Nigeria



  1. AREA MANAGER (SOUTH SOUTH/EAST)

The successful candidates have and own responsibility for sales, business development and demand generation of the assigned territory. Specifics of the role include customer/territory management, field force leadership and management as well as market/marketing development and activities.

Requirements

  • B Pharm or any of health/biological science. MBA an advantage
  • 3 – 4 years’ experience, mainly in their region
  • Mixed structured- multinational/indigenous environment experience is an advantage
  • History of hospital Promotion
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage sales team/operations and solve problems
  • Go-getter, result-oriented, with track record of superior performance
  • Self- starter, able to work with little or no supervision.
  • Should be able to manage between 6 to 10 reps

  1. MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES:

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for selling company products, business and market development. Successful candidate’s key duty is to achieve the required coverage- geographical and customers at all levels (distributors and other channel members as well as doctors/other healthcare professionals. He/she will be expected to drive retail shelve-presence and creative/ innovative promotion of company brands with a view to creating awareness and generating demand for her products.
Qualifications and Requirements


  • B. Pharm.


  • 2 or more years of pharma sales experience.
  • Strong intellectual analytical and communication skills


  • Problem-solver, result-oriented and intra-preneural, , self-directed and self-motivated self-starter with definite ability to work without insignificant supervision


  • Demonstrable record of positive performance and achievements


  • High integrity index
  • Must be computer literate and possess ability to work with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to drive, with valid driving license as a proof.
  • Fresh graduates can also apply
