Our client, a wholly private indigenous pharmaceutical group founded in 2011 is involved in marketing/distribution of pharmaceutical and personal hygiene products. Its chief promoter has about 30 years pharmaceutical professional working experience in Nigerian and the US and has been at the center of pharmaceutical and medical care in the United States for the past 20 years


The Company has 17 SKUs in the antibiotics, anti-malaria, diabetic, Men’s health and personal hygiene segments of the Nigeria pharmaceutical market, with many others in various stages of NAFDAC approval/registration. It is dedicated to importing high quality and affordable pharmaceuticals for the benefit of our citizens and plans a manufacturing plant in the medium-term. In order to achieve its immediate objectives and the vision to be amongst the top 5 pharma marketing/manufactures in Nigeria, it requires the following sales personnel:


NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

The successful candidate shall be responsible for and own strategy, planning, execution and supervision of sales and marketing function for the company. Reporting to the President/CEO, he/she will propose sales, market and marketing objectives.
Requirements
· B Pharm degree or equivalent. Possession of an MBA a definite advantage
· 5-7 years experience team-leadership, including multinational and indigenous-concerns work- environment. Candidates currently holding similar in Nigeria are preferred
· Regional Sales Leader with at least 4-5 years’ experience, track record of performance and multinational environment/large indigenous company experience may be considered

· Strong hospital and ethical brand –awareness/marketing experience
· Demonstrable experience in managing a sales team of up to 15 or more
· Positive track-record superior sales and marketing performance, across regions and segments
· Strong commercial and business sense
· Problem-solver, result-oriented and intra-preneural, , self-directed and self-motivatedself-starter with definite ability to work without insignificant supervision,
· Must possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills
· Above average ability to use Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel and Power-point
· High integrity index
Location: Lagos
Compensation: Attractive, above industrial average and depends on experience and records of performance, with the usual perks and tools available to pharma sales managers in Nigeria


SENIOR MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVES

The incumbent shall be one of the arrow-heads of the company’s plan and desire to build strong, profitable and impregnable brands through effective hospital presence/promotion and awareness creation amongst the healthcare professional. These future leaders will be expected to initiate, plan and execute effective hospital/ promotional activities and as well as manage the company’s relationship with the leaders and managers of relevant health institutions
Requirements

· B Pharm/BSc (Biological sciences or Human/Animal health sciences)
· 3-5 years medical representation experience. Current position as a Senior Med Rep offers definite advantage
· Strong hospital promotion
· Strong intellectual and analytical skills
· Self-starter, ambitious, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrable record of positive performance and achievements
· High integrity index
· Ability to drive, with proof
Location: Lagos, Enugu and Abuja
