1. Food and Beverage supervisor: qualities needed are as follows:
Ability to work effectively under time pressure and for long and extended hours.

– Experience in mixing drinks.

– Seeing to the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for Food and Beverage Department
– Over seeing the entire operation of Food & Beverage Operation to the satisfaction of the Guest
-Training of Staff to conform with SOP towards Guest satisfaction
-Drawing up comparative monthly comparative analysis of sales.
– Set up monthly budget and promo to increase revenue for the Hotel
-Ensuring Food & Beverage cost is in line with Organisation Standard.
– of staff – Ability to identify staff strength and weakness toward achieving organizational goals and Objectives.
– Co-ordinating and ensuring proper briefing is conducted before the commencement of daily operation to achieve a successful event
– Handling of guest complaints to their satisfaction
-Organizing of Staff training towards exhibiting professionalism on their job
-Generating daily report at the end of every events

2. House Keeping supervisor: qualities needed are as follows:

• Responsible for smooth operation of the floor assigned.
• Supervise Room Attendants
• Organise and facilitates the room making process.
• Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members.
• Ensures that the entire operation is performed as per the laid down Standard of Operation (SOP)
• Attending departmental and meetings & Handover
• Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant
• Ensure the Villas & Penthouse are cleaned inspected on a daily basis
• Ensure the hotel standard checklists are used daily to inspect the hotel’s room
• Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department.
• Represent the needs of the team to others in the hotel.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationship
• Ensure Staff Performance Appraisals were conducted and recorded regularly
• Updating the department manpower productivity cost saving process making sure it balances as per the set weekly budget, assisting with the department monthly stock take
