Accounting officers
DUTIES


Coordinate with internal and external auditors and manage work of all accountants.

Analyze management performance and oversaw efficient working of same.

Collaborate with accounting and finance team and prepare financial statements on a monthly basis.

Prepare various financial reports and submit it to regulatory agencies.

Manage all communication with investor on various investor and earning releases.

Analyze potential contracts and mergers and manage all investments for company.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Possesses knowledge of basic procedures in bookkeeping and accounting.
• Demonstrates ability to plan, organize, and multitask.
• Exhibits strong customer skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Education and Experience

Accounting clerks should have a high school diploma . This experience can be obtained by attending a co-op program while still in school or by working with a temporary employment agency. A person can also work as a volunteer clerk in a non-profit organization.

2. SALES MANAGER
DUTIES
Lead, guide and mentor sales personnel.

Set sales targets for the sales team to achieve outcomes.

Provide daily support to the sales force.

Study and analyze marketing trends for own products or services.

Create innovative ways to attract and capture customers.


Education and Training Requirements: The minimum requirement of a sales manager is a bachelor’s
degree in marketing, sales, business or a related field. Other sales representatives get to advance to managerial positions of their company through hard work and patience.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Having experience with enterprise software solutions in large and complex organizations is an advantage as well as having a strong grasp and understanding of market dynamics and requirements. An effective sales manager must be able to lead, inspire and drive his sales team into excellence as well as be an exceptional salesman himself.
