We are a leading Food Processing company in Nigeria. As a result of growth and expansion, we are sourcing for an experienced HR Specialist for the position mentioned above.

The Person
• A seasoned HR/Admin Specialist
• Residing in Abuja or be willing to relocate to Abuja @ own cost.
• Applicants without HR/Admin background need not to apply.

Job Roles

1. Ensuring qualified, competent candidates are recruited to fill existing
vacancies in all the branches in Northern Region.
2. Handling of staff welfare/matters and provide counseling when necessary
3. Ensure that newly recruited employees are given adequate orientation
4. Handle matters relating to Police, VIO, FRSC and other law enforcing
agents.
5. Ensure that company vehicles documents are up-to-date and valid.
6. Ensure that employees adhere to company policies, rules and regulations
7. Ensure thorough scrutiny of staff payroll

Qualifications

1. University Degree/HND in a Business related/social science courses
2. CIPM certification is definitely an advantage.
3. 2-3 years cognate working experience in HR/Admin department
3. Exceptional Speech & written English skills
4. Must be Computer literate.

Infact, i have never seen anyplace where a reputable company or agency put up a job offer without BOLDLY stating their name for ALL to see.
So please, it would be just appropriate for you to mention the name of your agency. Thanks.

Why this argument self? Mentioning company's name why placing an advert for vacancies of net is always optional. So many times I wonder how you guys here argue without given some of your issues any thought.
