Job description


  • Reviews all the necessary documents to avoid disputes.
  • Must be in charge of all the accounts maintained in the organization.
  • To maintain payments and receipts.
  • To ensure all the bills are paid properly.
  • Look whether all the audit objectives and audit statements are responded properly.
  • Look after weekly/monthly reports.
  • Maintain office services and office records
  • Ensure effective day to day running of the office
  • Handle all third party inquiries and manage internal staff relations
  • Receive and transmitting as appropriate, accurate record of all messages and correspondence from third parties to the company.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, trainings etc.., taking minutes and keeping notes.
  • Organize and store documents and computer based information.
  • Protect organizations value by ensuring confidentiality of official files and data
  • Interface and negotiating with key suppliers/contractors.





Qualification/ Requirement:



  • B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Business Administration or any related disciplines
  • Have advanced Excel skills.
  • Be able to work independently and under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Have good interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Have a high level of accuracy and pay great attention to detail
