-Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers fornew business pitches.
-Coordinate and utilize customer feedback to enhanceservices.
-Maintain broad and up-to-date product knowledge.
-Develop and manage sales forecast objectives.
-Participate in trade meetings to promote company’s product.
-Develop business and marketing plans to meet company goals.
-Develop and implement sales strategies.
-Maintain accurate sales and marketing records.
-Provide excellent customer service to ensure customersatisfaction.
-Collect and analyze competitor activities includingpricing, products, strategies, etc.
Education/Experience Requirements: The successfulcandidate must possess a minimum of OND degree plus over 3 years of salesexperience from any recognized institution, an MBA degree is an added advantage.
Skills: Strong leadership and influential skills, high level of salesand technical knowledge, excellent communication skills needed in developingrelationships and interacting with clients, peers, and marketing teams, superbresearch and organizing skills and ability to work independently and in a teamenvironment.
Specific work elements: Developing a business plan and sales strategy,ensuring company goals are met, coordinating plans within teams, assisting inthe development and implementation of marketing plans, conducting reviews withaccount executives, maintaining accurate records of sales and activity reports,controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines, conducting coaching withaccount executives, and maintaining contact with clients to ensure high levelsof client satisfaction, among others.
