Topic: Navayaconsulting- real or fake?

i still dont understand why you guys try to create issues that are baseless.All because you saw an advert in the paper and you went on the site to check and people are asked to pay 1500 so as to make use of the site,does that mean you were directly asked to pay the money.see the way u personnalised the stuff,it is optional.

Everybody with his or her opinion on issues, some one has said it's optional to pay or not. But ideally is it fair for an applicant to pay money for employment? If it is a consulting firm the company that contracted the employment to them most have paid them for the service so what is the rational for the payment by the applicants. personally i will not pay be wise.i rest my case

Abeg. the payment is for the service u are getting.
u cant apply for a job at navaya and wont get called for an interview with the clients except u are really dumb.

beside the payment is optional, not by force.

Companies pay consulting firms to recruit for them, and it is so internationally, because recruiting sharp and sound work force is what moves one company ahead of the other, so they pay consulting firms heavily to recruit for them. But when the reverse is the case, please be wary of fraud.
As per Navaya Consulting, I cannot really say if they are real or fake, I have applied for a job with them in the past, hoping they will call me for an interview, but I did not hear from them.
But my personal resolution is that any recruitment firm or company that ask me for any sort of payment ahead interview or recruitment will not see my kobo.

Those who claim to have gotten jobs through Navaya, Nalaya whatever they call themselves should kindly tell the House where and how they got such jobs! This is really unfair- taking advantage of the unemployed folks of this country it becomes even worse when the approprate authorities allow these to happen! May God help us!

No credible/genuine recruitment agency will ever ask you for money at any point to get you a job. They are usually paid by the potential employers.

Have you ever heard the likes of Kimberly Ryan, Michael Stevens or FITC asking applicants for money?

That Navaya got you a job does not make it a credible/genuine recruitment agency.

am yrt to conclude if navaya is real or fake, but the payment is optional.
