Job Description

Will be responsible for the day to day management and coordination of activities for the organisation.
Will also be responsible for communicating materials to clients.
Manage overall day-to-day training operation
Manage and marketing of training programs
Assist in assessing, designing and delivering training content
Help coordinate and disseminate training communication materials to customers
Recommend and assist with content updates and revisions of course offerings.
Ensure Program training materials are delivered as part of the training packages.
Liaise with Managing Director to ensure effective planning and procurement of facilities for every training programs.




Qualification and Requirements

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
Ability to plan, organize and multitask
Fast-learner and self-directed problem solver with a burning desire to contribute
Ability to respond to customer needs in a fast-paced, constantly changing, deadline-driven environment
Must be able to compile data and analyze past and current year training records
Attention to detail and knowledge of company structure and processes
Project and process management skills to effectively manage resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple functions and departments.
