The Company
This is a stable company with plenty of scope for growth in the next couple of years. Due to an increased work load they require an accounts and administration officer to assist the senior finance staff and relieve them of some of their duties.
The Role
This position allows you to develop your existing skill set in a stand alone role. Your duties will include but are not limited to AP, AR, data entry, administration and assisting the senior finance staff.
Duties

  • Data entry
  • Processing invoices - AP and AR
  • Reconciliations
  • All round office administration
  • Basic reception duties
  • Assist with basic tax returns
  • Assist the senior finance staff as required
  • Get vouchers signed and forward to cashier.
  • Prepare bank payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, journal vouchers

Skills/Experience required

  • Similar experience in a previous role.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • ICAN/ACCA exposure would be advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of OND.
