Responsibilities

  • Receives complex customer needs via incoming mail, telephone, and/or electronic contact regarding the organization's products and/or services, enters and adjusts orders, performs proactive selling and marketing of products, and resolves questions and complaints within span of control.
  • Handle telephone and personal inquiries from customers and respond to their needs in a cool, courteous and prompt manner.
  • Greet customers and interact with them to understand their technological problems.
  • Get information across to clients about products, prices and computer maintenance problems.
  • Forward complaints and technical requests to the appropriate department.
  • Book applicants for training session with the computer training section.
  • Maintain and manage a daily record of customers.
  • Handle and manage softly the minor complaints and irritants with the customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level through effective service.


Job Requirements
Required Experience: 1-3 year(s)
Desired Courses: Social Sciences or any related discipline
Requirements

  • Must reside in Lagos or its environs
  • OND, HND, B.SC in Social Sciences.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
