Office Administrator Needed at Evans&Associate! (Philips Consult)

We are seeking a dynamic and dependable individual to join our growing team for a part-time or full-time Office Administrator position.

The applicant must be punctual and possess an enthusiastic, positive professional can-do attitude with a desire to learn the new skills. They should be a fast learner and be able to manage multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail.

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Intermediate level QuickBooks experience (2+ years)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing skills.
- Must be reliable and have reliable transportation and a clean DMV record
- Work schedule to be negotiated, depending on skill and experience
- Ability work both independently and as a part of a team

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Meet and greet showroom customers
- Answer phone calls and email correspondences
- Order tracking and Processing
- Provides quality service, prompt response and follow up to each customer
- Make updates and revision to quotes and work orders
- Prepare paperwork for various phase of our operations
- Receiving payments and recording in our accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Document all conversations and correspondence with customer in CRM system
- Completes assigned tasks in a timely fashion
- Checking, and maintaining the multiple schedules & appointments
- Follow up on product orders, deliveries, and inventory
- Ordering of products and checking in products

Educations / Experience:

- Minimum of 1 years of previous Office Admin experience required.
- Previous Sales or Estimating experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent. College degree desirable.


This position is available immediately for the right candidate. Part-time or Full-time Position Available.
