Job Description:

  • Develops corporate marketing plan and tactical marketing strategies which are consistent with overall Bank vision.
  • Gathers and interprets information to identify opportunities, present insights, conclusions and recommendations related to product development, competitive pricing, customer acquisition and retention, facility location and other strategic issues.

Job Description:

  • The incumbent would be involved in direct promotions in the market place
  • The loan officer would be involved in loan preparation and evaluation of loan proposal
  • Must be ready for outdoor work.
  • Approve loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval.
  • Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
  • Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
  • Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
  • Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
  • Review and update credit and loan files.
  • Maintains customer confidence by keeping loan information confidential.

Job Duties:

  • Maintains files and databases.
  • Requests and coordinates loan documentation preparation.
  • Performs funds transfers, draws, wires, loan advances, processes payments.
  • Provides general customer service to bank customers and account holders.
  • Schedules appointments and meetings for supported staff.
  • Performs data entry as needed.
  • Screens and routes incoming calls and messages when necessary.

  • 1st & 2ND line support for staff on software issues.

  • Remote Desktop/server support across the Wide Area Network.
  • Installation & Update Maintenance of Avira Anti-virus software for all users.
  • Restore And Backup of Database to MIS and to SQLTEST



Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 1-2 year Experience in a similar business environment.
  • Very good with Database (MSSQL, Access, Oracle).
  • Proficient in troubleshooting issues relating to hardware and software.
  • Should be familiar with Active Directory.
