Job Summary.

To assist the General Manager in all aspects of the resort operations and to maximize the satisfaction for each and every guest. In the absence of the General Manager, the Executive Assistant Manager will be in charge of the operation and therefore must meet all the requirements that are set out by TADE Hotels and Resorts (THR).

Key Responsibilities

  • To work with General Manager, Island Director and department heads to review activity, operating and sales report. Recommends needed change in programs or operations.
  • Monitor and maintain financial accounting records and prepare reports as required.
  • To meet, greet and bid farewell to all guests of the resort paying special attention to VIP visitors.
  • Attend all other meetings as required by the administration team and chair meetings as and when instructed by General Manager.
  • Maintain a positive, professional and natural manner with all guests and staff.
  • Cultivate strong work relationships and communication with hotel staff, while maintaining an “Open Door” policy to gain comfortable chains of communication with staff. Inspect rooms for VIP guest. Responds to all guest and staff emergencies.
  • Assist with the gathering of accurate information that can assist with the creation of the annual sales and marketing plan.

Qualifications:
Company will sponsor work authorization for successful candidate, all candidates must also satisfy all required criminal, drug and pre-employment screenings.

Experience

  • Minimum, three years working in a luxury Hotels as Executive Assistant Manager or Hotel Manager.
  • Must be proficient in hospitality revenue management, guest services and team development.
  • Previous Hotel Front of House experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Strong leadership skills and interpersonal communication skills.
