CUSTOMER CARE PERSONNEL

We are looking for savvy Customer Service Specialists who will respond to incoming leads in a timely manner and setting appointments for the Internet Sales Department. The selected individuals will need to:

Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions and concerns through email, chat, or phone.
Responsible for setting appointments with customers.
Treats all customers and coworkers courteously and professionally; handles irate customers in a professional manner.
Learns and maintains a thorough working knowledge of all product information.
Calls customers to provide advice on follow up research items.
Obtains customer feedback information and forwards information to suggestion tracking.
Follows instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Conducts research to determine the best resolution to customer issues in balance with business needs.
Promotes the company by providing top-notch service.
Meets or exceeds standards for customer service quality and productivity.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.


To qualify for this position:

Must be minimum of 20 years or older
minimum of OND
Desire to set high personal goals
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction
Able to listen attentively and provide excellent customer service skills with difficult callers.
Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Able to operate a phone, computer system, copies, and other office equipment.
Able to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
Able to type 35 or more wpm (words per minute).
Energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
Bilingual English/french
