Job Description:
The programme is designed to equip talented and fresh graduates with requisite skills (professional and soft) necessary to assume leadership roles. Throughout the program, Graduate trainees will experience a wide variety of learning interventions, including but not limited to: presentations,market visits, functional as well as interpersonal and management skills training, discussions with senior management, and other. After a highly competitive selection process, successful candidates will undergo a systematic training programme involving formal training and attachments for 12 months. At the end of the training programme, successful candidates will be considered for vacant positions in the company.
REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Prospective candidates must possess a minimum of OND, HND (Upper Credit) or Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Lower division) in any discipline, obtained through full-time or part-time study.
  2. Minimum of 5 credits in SSCE or GCE ‘O’ level, which must include English Language and Mathematics.
  3. Acting with Integrity, Strong Analytical and Numerical Skills and Thinking Systematically.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take responsibility for and commit to continuous self-development throughout the training duration, on the program in order to achieve a high level of competence as outline by the program specifications.
Adhere to policies and procedures of the company.
Participate as an active member of the graduate trainee team.
Complete additional work assignments as requested.
Improve business understanding knowledge of the financial sector and associated job roles.
