    BE INFORMED ABOUT THE NEW CCNA 640-802

    To those planning a Cisco career or willing to consolidate on their degree by obtaining CCNA certification.

    Just in case you do not know about the new CCNA exam, i'm informing you now.
    There is a new Cisco exam for the beginners. It kicked-off last month and the previous one will be RETIRED (i.e will no longer be conducted) in NOV 2007.

    The new curriculum offers the holders a lot of goodies.
    It treats basic networking, media and other server OS alongside the known WAN topics.
    It will allow the holders to set-up and troubleshoot basic LAN

    The NEW CCNA, better than before.

    You can continue to study based on the previous curriculum but PLEASE make sure you get the additional or the new EXAM OBJECTIVES from www.cisco.com or www.sybex.com if you intend to do new one.

    I am not sure if the Vouchers are available in Nigeria currently, but you can contact any VUE or Prometric centre for update.

    Please i believe the 640-802 does not have much canges to the 640-801.I just took my 640-801,so i mine is not outdated

    Vivian,

    Nobody is telling you that you have an outdated certification.

    But you can bet with me, if actually you are being employed based on ur CCNA, ur certification will only be valid for few more months before ur employer asks to upgrade.
