With Oshodi market and shanties destroyed by the Lagos State Government what's the fate of the subsitence traders whose stock-in-trade/business worth is barely up to N5,000.00. Or what do you think the stock of a smoke plantain or biscuit seller worth? The miscreants who found shelter in the place are also on the prowl. Now Government is talking about rehabilitating both traders and hoodlums. Is this not a case of putting the cart before the horse? As loudable as the project is, it is fraught with lack of concerned for the displaced people and their likelihood. Me think the Government should act fast at rehabiliting them without further delay. Or what do you think?
