EVER SINCE I FINISHED SRVICE IN 2006, I'D BEEN LOOKING FOR A SUITABLE JOB BUT NONE CAME THROUGH. I WROTE MANY TESTS, AND WAS INVITED FOR QUITE A NUMBER OF INTERVIEWS BUT NOTHING SURFACED IN MY FAVOR. HOWEVER, I NEVER STOPPED TRUSTING GOD BECAUSE I KNOW THAT WHEN IT SEEMS LIKE HE IS SILENT OVER OUR ISSUES, HE'S NOT ACTUALLY SILENT BUT WORKING THINGS OUT WHILE BUILDING US, WORKING ON US AND PREPARING US FOR THE BLESSINGS AHEAD.
TRUTH IS, I NEVER STOPPED TRUSTING GOD EVEN THOUGH I NEVER CEASED TRYING TO FIND A JOB. I WAS RELENTLESS. WELL, YOUR GUESS WONT BE WRONG IF YOU SAY THAT I MUST HAVE BEEN FRUSTRATED SOMEHOW ALONG THE LINE - YEAH, THERE WERE TIMES OF SILENT TEARS B4 GOD, MOMENTS OF EMOTIONAL SETBACKS AND UNNECESSARY WINDING UP INTO MY SHELL - BUT I WAS EVER QUICK TO REMIND MYSELF OF GOD'S LOVE AND FORCE MYSELF TO BE JOYFUL.
TO TRUNCATE THE ENDLESS STORY, GOD FINALLY VISITED ME THIS PAST WEEK WITH A GOOD JOB IN A BRIGHT COMPANY- NO TEST, NO INTERVIEW - JUST FAVOR...WELL, YOU MAY CALL IT A COMPENSATION FOR THE ONES I'VE WRITTEN IN THE PAST, I LIKE TO CALL IT FAVOR.
TO ANY ONE HOPING TO HAVE THIS KIND OF TESTIMONY, I ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO SOMETHING I DID THROUGHOUT MY WAITING PERIOD: I ALWAYS REJOICED WITH PEOPLE WHO HAD SIMILAR TESTIMONIES WHICH I DESIRED AND NOW IT HAS HAPPENED (IN THE POSITIVE) FOR ME TOO.
