? Ensures the smooth running of the Hotel
? Ensures staff delivers required and desired results
? Manages customer conflict
? Maintains and ensures staff
? Attends management meetings and brief other staff about outcomes and way forward.
? Oversees the marketing and sales unit to ensure targets are met
Manages the general appearance of the hotel in a professional manner
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
? Good understanding of Hotel Management.
? Good knowledge of Company’s business and the industry at large.
? Knowledge of standard organizational practices and processes.
? Good understanding of Standard organizational structure and workflow processes.
Knowledge of resource and control process
