Hi,
I don't need loan for starting a business,but I have to start a business in Canada in low budget.Would you help me in this case,Can you suggest me some useful business tips for that?I will be very thankful to you.

Actually everything depends on business. For many internet related businesses investment is not necessary, or very small amount of money can necessary (for example some money to pay for hosting). But there are some important things if you want to achieve your goals:
1) Motivated team. I mean very motivated and experience is not so important. It can be your friends or people you can trust. Somebody who wants to have own business and who are willing to invest some their free time for it. If you are thinking about web related business- you need to find somebody with programming experience. From my experience I know, that it is possible to find even very good programmer who will work for profit sharing, not for fixed salary.
2) Persistence. You will not earn millions in a day. So you must be prepared to work hardly for ~6 months or even 1 year till the moment you will start to get profit. Don't trust those "earn 70 000 USD in one day" businesses. If you will start normal serious business - you will have to invest a lot of time. But the good thing is that perhaps you will REALLY earn something.
3) Motivation to learn. You must be prepared to learn new thing. And you will have to do it fast.
4) Understanding, that you must help to others if you want others to provide help for you. If you expect that somebody will give you free advertising or free advice or any other free support - first of all do it yourself. Don't be selfish. Help for other startups and you will get help to your business also.
