Customer Relation Representatives



RESPONSIBILITIES

-Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

-Contact potential customers to secure new business development opportunities.

-Respond to customer enquiries/issues in an accurate and timely fashion.

-Reply to e-mails, letters and calls from customers in timely and professional manner.

-Maintain and update all customer related data.

-Write and proofread customer specifications.

Coordinate with sales personnel to ensure that customer orders are shipped and service level objectives are met.

Track and compile the customer feedback report on a monthly basis.


Education and Training Requirements

Applicants must be high school graduates , and should have basic computer skills. Successful candidates will be trained for several weeks on how to deal with customer questions and how to use the computer and phone systems.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Being intelligent, pleasant and having a neat appearance is more important for this job rather than having a formal education. One must be patient and enjoy working with people when aspiring to be a customer relation representative. Having basic computer knowledge, strong communication, problem-solving and good interpersonal skills are also important qualities one must have to be successful in this profession. Additionally, those who communicate through e-mail should have good typing, spelling, and written communication skills.
