With consultancy experience and a strong Human Resources background, the responsibilities for this position include strong business development skills. You will provide leadership for a team of Consultants, develop, create clientele and deploy Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection and other HR-related programmes.

2. Data Surveyors - A Beverage Marketing Company

With experience in field data gathering and collation and ascertaining the integrity of the data collected and also ensuring the data collected could be processed for the purpose of the research.

3. Data Analysts - A Beverage Marketing Company

Highly experience in data analysis and management of data collected from field. You would be responsible for the testing of the validity and accuracy of the data collected and processing of all the collected data.

REQUIREMENTS

Human Resources Specialist:
Education: A good first Degree in related field. A Masters Degree and/or membership of the relevant professional body will be an added advantage.

Experience Desired: 3 - 6 years post-qualification experience, most of which must have spent in Human Resources Management, Training, Marketing or Business Development positions.

Interpersonal Competencies: Must be a team player, must have a strong sense of integrity, honesty and must be innovative.

Must possess computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project etc.

Data Surveyors and Data Analysts:
Education: Minimum of OND in any related field in any Social Sciences/Sciences Field. Previous work experience in data gathering is an added advantage.

Experience Desired: 0-2 years post-qualification experience, similar work experience will be an added advantage.

Competencies: Minimum of a year experience in computer operations and data gathering and analysis. Must possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel
