Job Position: Secretary
Job description:
- classify all the incoming and outgoing documents
- prepare the monthly account of the office
- prepare correspondence
- transmit the outgoing mails
- maintain proper office filing system
- make travel arrangements for the supervisors and perform liaison duties with other units
- arrange appointments and maintain the supervisor's calendar, place and screen telephone calls
- keep list of names addresses and telephone numbers of relevant partners
- prepare briefing materials for the supervisors for use on official trips or special meetings
Qualification:
- completed secondary school
- administration studies corresponding diploma
- computer literate
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to draft and produce correspondence
