Job Position: Secretary
Job description:
  • classify all the incoming and outgoing documents
  • prepare the monthly account of the office
  • prepare correspondence
  • transmit the outgoing mails
  • maintain proper office filing system
  • make travel arrangements for the supervisors and perform liaison duties with other units
  • arrange appointments and maintain the supervisor's calendar, place and screen telephone calls
  • keep list of names addresses and telephone numbers of relevant partners
  • prepare briefing materials for the supervisors for use on official trips or special meetings

Qualification:
  • completed secondary school
  • administration studies corresponding diploma
  • computer literate
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to draft and produce correspondence
