Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities

  • Managing the ticketing department effectively
  • Devincing means for growth
  • Working to strict deadlines and achieving targets as outlined by the Managing director.
  • Provide responsive services to clients ensuring that all queries, complaints, problems and transaction requests are attended to quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
  • Develop and implement action plans to develop new business and to broaden existing client relationship.
  • Problem solving, planning and decision making.
  • Providing help and advice to our customers on our products and services.

Requirements

  • Must have a degree in any relevant discipline
  • Must have at least three years working experience as an office manager.
  • Must have good knowledge of the use of Amadeus
  • Must be able to work without supervision
