Key Functions:
Planning, directing, scheduling and coordinating the implementation of Construction Projects
Develop and interpret designs and work procedures for projects
Review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Reports Directly to the CEO
Manage construction Staff
Ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope of projects
Generate detailed monthly project reports and cost tracking reports
Frequent travels to different job sites within the country

Qualification

Minimum of M.Sc. Architecture or related course or its equivalent
Minimum of 10 years cognate experience on major projects
Membership of professional body- NIA
Practical Knowledge of Project Management
Additional trainings and certification will be an added advantage
