A food services company currently has a vacancy for a Planning and Distribution Manager. S/He will be responsible for executing buying, storage, distribution and financial prediction of materials, with the goal of making the process more efficient and ensuring the materials required are made available in the required specification, quality and quantity and at the right time, for the right price.

The right candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in any Social sciences course with a minimum of a second class lower and also a minimum of three (3) years relevant post degree work experience in logistics, procurement and supply chain management preferably in the hospitality sector. He/She must have the following:

• Passion for work in the hospitality sector and commercial awareness
• Excellent Writing and reporting skills – The confidence to communicate effectively and persuasively in writing.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Strong business acumen; ability to research new business opportunities
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to think “outside the box”
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
