A vacancy exists for the position of Personal Assistant to the General Manager in a Company located in Ikeja, Lagos. Candidate is required to have at least a BSC degree in any related field. Successful candidate will be required to manage General Manager's activities, represent her in meetings and events, manage records, files and guests. Candidate will be required to work extended hours and should be knowledgeable in using latest handheld devices with excellent communication and presentation skills, high emotional intelligence, good time management and prioritization skills. Candidate must be well groomed and presentable, smart, amiable and must be a single female between the age of 28-30 years with up to 3-4 years working experience in an Executive Assistant position.
