•Must be an experienced trainer, who has previously developed and delivered training courses both on private and commercial level Housing Management system.
•International certification is a MUST.

•Skilled at analyzing requirements, understanding training needs and recommending and providing solutions

•Manage the sign-off process and oversee the design, production and distribution of materials for all corporate internal design requirements.
•Manage the selection, ordering and distribution process of company promotional gifts/items.
•Create & identify opportunities for forward development of other branding schemes for new clients.



General Requirements:
•A good first degree B.Sc/HND in related Science course.
•MBA qualification in related field is a MUST
•At least one relevant Professional Certification e.g. CompTIA, Oracle, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, MCDBA,CRM etc
•Proficiency in the following infrastructure areas: Windows NT/ 2000 / XP server Operating System, WAN/ LAN Management experience will be added advantage.
•Possession of at least 8years post-qualification working experience, 3years must be at similar position.
