JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
ROLE PURPOSE
To ensure implementation of new business strategies which shape business delivery and provide the best possible service and information to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENT
University degree (minimum Second class upper) with at least 4 years of industry experience in marketing
The ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with staff and external contacts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Growing new business volumes and revenue through team and individual sales. Pro-actively hunt for target individuals and organizations and establish communication.
Prospecting companies and individuals, creating and following up on new leads. Building referral and lead generation network.
Managing sales activity levels whilst actively developing the team’s capabilities and capacity.
Championing new products and product modifications to meet the needs of clients.
Ability to develop relationships and win over high profile corporate clients.
Increase the company’s involvement with existing clients i.e. grow business volume.
Manage client relationships to ensure all customer service goals are achieved.

JOB TITLE: COATING OFFICER & SUPERVISOR
JOB PURPOSE
To provide Blasting and Coating (including insulation) supervision expertise during the fabrication, construction, testing and installation work scope of the Topsides and associated pipelines and pig traps

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum BSC OR HND
5 years relevant experience in a senior position in an offshore oil and gas project environment;
5 years experience as a supervisor on Offshore Topsides, Pipe lines an advantage; industry recognized valid coating qualification is an added advantage.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
The job holder must have proven:
Professional competencies acquired in blasting and coating and testing activities of Offshore Projects.
Excellent technical, communicational and working skills.
Proactive approach to decision making and be a good team player.
Experience and knowledge of Multi Discipline construction work sites.
Sound knowledge of preservation and winterisation of equipment.
Sound knowledge of insulation and cladding of pipework.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall monitoring and supervision of the blasting, coating of fabrication and construction activities at the Fabrication Yards,
Ensuring the quality and progress of the work and the strict adherence to company and contractor procedures and specifications.
Ensuring that the work scopes are carried out to the highest HSE Standard.
Ensuring that daily testing of the blasting and coatings activities are carried out and reviewing the reports.
Ensuring that the correct specifications are being worked to.
Ensuring necessary HSE reviews are undertaken and identified actions completed.
Providing weekly progress reports to senior managers.
Participating in technical and safety reviews for construction, blasting and coating scopes.
Providing technical support to the project on blasting and coating activities.
Providing technical support related to specifications.
Attending Contractor construction reviews.
Reviewing Project Documents for blasting, coating and insulation.
Reviewing contractual documents issued by Contractors and Suppliers relating to your discipline.
Contributing to EP Offshore improvement process and close-out report.
