Qualification
· B. Sc in any Social Science course
· 7 Years experience in Customer Service Management
· At least 3 years leading a Call Centre Operations
Competency Requirements
· In-depth knowledge of customer service policies and practices
· Proficiency in CRM system MS Office applications
· Thinking analytical problem solving skills
· Active listening skills and high stress tolerance level
· Strong leadership capabilities
· Organising, planning, and negotiation skills

Remuneration:
Salary range is 7,000, 000 – 9, 000, 000/annum
