Qualification: BSc/BA in any course of study
Years of experience: 1-2 years (post NYSC)
Gender: Female
Age: 23-25 years
Responsibilities:
• Attend to clients and ensure needs are met
• Increase organization’s individual client
• Manage company’s event book
• Ensure prompt response to online and telephone customer request.
• Manage customer difficult situation
• Proper management of company’s webpage and correspondence
• Support project lead to ensure smooth and successful implementation of projects at different organizations.
• Develop relevant forms and formats for effective process implementation
• Liaise with Admin to meet organizations internal needs
Required Personality
Candidate must be very detailed, smart, passionate, intelligent and willing to learn
Must be creative and innovative
Must be value driven
Must display high level of integrity
Must be well cultured and mannered
Must possess a pleasant and amiable disposition
Must have a good sense of dressing and poise
