Job Position: Grants/SAF Assistant (D1402)
Location: Abuja
Job Description:
  • responsible for supporting the achievement of SACE project objectives by assisting SAF manager
  • will ensure adequate documentation of grants and subcontracts operations and that all aspects of grants shall follow sound financial management
  • supports the development of terms of reference , receiving and reviewing proposals
  • maintaining a tracker of all activities and request
  • managing records both electronically and hard copy

Qualification:
  • Degree in social sciences, economics, finance, business administration, international development or a related field
  • professional certification such as ACA CIM NIBM
  • computer literate
  • attention to detail
  • strong organisational and prioritization skills


Job Position: Finance Support Officer
Location: Delta Office, Port Harcourt PIND1401
Job description:
  • responsible for the financial and administration of the project field office in compliance with USAID regulations
  • will ensure cost control and value for money with the use of project funds
  • will support activities to build the financial administrative capacity of selected CSO and BMO partners

Qualification:
  • degree in accounting, auditing and finance and business, business administration,
  • must have certification in ACA or ACCA or CPA or others
  • must have good understanding of accounting principles, theories and practice and terminology
  • ability to analyze data, narrative report and workload flow charts
  • must be computer literate
