A. Solicitors


Key Job Responsibilities:

? Study Constitution, statutes, decisions, regulations, and ordinances of quasi-judicial bodies to determine ramifications for cases.
? Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit.
? Plans, manages and executes projects from engagement through implementation.
? Works on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverable.
? Study projects and understands partnership requirements, project targets and goals.
? Works with business development staff to prepare cost implication and budgets for new business development.
? Analyzes projects to ensure that project financial goals and work plans are on target.
? Initiates, conducts and coordinates studies and analysis on resource allocation, project financial evaluation
? Evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of projects to ensure that project implementation is on target.
? Design and review project management framework, policies and standards
? Establishes benchmarks with global reference for project implementation standards
? Coordinates the preparation of internal and external reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data and information.
? Develop project management reports and key performance parameters templates.

Job Requirement

? Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB. BL) from a reputable University
? Professional qualification such as MBA or MSC is an added advantage.
? 4 -8 years post qualification experience gained from top-tier law firms specializing in solicitorship, Business Liquidation and Recovery matters
? Must be comfortable working in a fast paced and extremely
busy environment.

B. Business Development Executives

Key Job Responsibilities:


? Develops and maintains effective prospective client and existing agency relationships
? Oversees the development of business proposals and reviews proposals and cost estimates
? Leads proposal efforts including completing project scoping
? Spearheads the development of marketing processes and executing same
? Generates new business relationships and negotiates proposal timelines and budget
? Maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with the agreed sales process, ensuring that the Customer Relationship Management systems are accurately updated and that the required documentation is completed
? Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, project availability, competitive activity, etc.
? Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization
? Maintains an excellent level of technical knowledge regarding all areas of the BLR offering
? Understands the company’s pricing model and billing procedures

Job Requirement:
? Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences
? MBA, MSC and/or Professional Qualifications compulsory
? Minimum 5 years relevant Business Development experience in customer facing organization(s)
? A goal getter with ability to drive new business development and Revenue generation through new account development and key account management
? Strong Leadership qualities with planning and organizational skills
? High professional and ethical standards for handling confidential information
? Excellent communication skills


C. Executive Assistant

Job Requirements:


? Minimum of Higher National Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with good secretarial background
? MBA or other professional qualification would be an added advantage
? Minimum 5-8 years relevant office administration experience/Personal Assistant
? Legal Experience would be an added advantage
? Experience in managing diverse job request with competing deadlines and demand on resources
? Proficiency in use of Microsoft office packages
? Excellent organization & coordination skill
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

d. Head Marketing & Branding

Key Job Responsibilities:

? Conduct customer research, analyze market conditions and competitors data and oversee implementation of marketing plan
? Design and execute marketing strategies for all ranges of products to reach customers and communicate brand message
? Communicate with all outlets to ensure that strategy integration and messaging aligns with overall Company objective
? Design and execute schedule for marketing/promotion of the Company brand in all the outlets and their environs
? Utilize sales report from outlets to analyze customer behaviour and sales and develop recommendations to ensure that business objectives are met
? Manage and coach subordinates

Job Requirements:

? B. sc in marketing or a related field
? 4-5years experience in a marketing role
