Due to continuous growth in our businesses, we are looking for qualified, highly skilled, result-oriented, dynamic, energetic, self- motivated and dedicated professionals ready to work under their own initiative, putting in enormous effort and long hours, with tenacity to achieve results, to fill the position listed below:

1. CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
Key Responsibilities
· Head the account and finance department
· Preparation of financial reports including management accounts on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
· Product costing
· Review, design and implement sound accounting system
· Preparation and remittance of all statutory deductions made from staff and customers
· Preparation and implementation of budget and budgetary control
· Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitment, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advices to Management.
· Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, etc
· Compute taxes owned and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirement.

QUALIFICATION:
· Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum of 2:2)/HND (Minimum of Upper Credit) in Accounting, Finance or Numerate Discipline
· Must have ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualifications
· Post ICAN Qualification of at least 2 years cognate work
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
· Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in financial and management accounting in a manufacturing environment (lubricant blending accounting)
· Relevant experience in oil & gas-offshore, construction/marine industry will be an added advantage. Relevant experience in audit and costing is advantageous
· Must be proficient in use of accounting packages and MS Excel.

2. BUSINESS/PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
· To deepen the existing customer’s relationship, aggressively develop new businesses by enlisting new national and multinational companies
· Coordinate and supervise sales and distribution of products
· Develop new products that meet market target and specific customers’ needs

QUALIFICATION:
· Bachelors’ Degree (minimum of 2:2)/HND (minimum of upper credit) in any field of science, business administration and marketing.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
· A minimum of 2years direct sales or other business management experience in specialty chemicals, lubricant additive
· In-depth technical knowledge of the lubricant business will be an added advantage

3. BUSINESS MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
To supervise and coordinate the general operation of the business; from product requisition to record, documentation of sales, distribution and accounting

QUALIFICATION:
· Bachelors’ Degree (minimum of 2:2)/HND (minimum of upper credit) in any field of business administration and marketing.
· Good knowledge of Accounting will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
· A minimum of 3 years work experience in sales and distribution of Consumer Goods

4. MANAGEMENT TRAINEES
Responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization.
· Help set policies.
· Evaluate work output.
· Receive training in the area related to their rotational experience.
· Work in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer services, purchasing, merchandising, and personnel departments.
· Handle established accounts to gain familiarity.
· Attend periodic evaluations of products
· Participate with store management in interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
· Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
· Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
· Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive price lists and products.
· Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
