Our Client is an Indian Owned Manufacturing Company based in Victoria Island and is looking to hire an experienced Secretary/Personal Assistant with good secretarial and admin acumen.

Location: Victoria Island

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience
• Must have a BSC/HND in Business Administration/ Secretarial Administration
• A professional approach, high level of motivation and first class communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be a VERY fast typist who can take dictation while typing.
• Good admin background
• Must be humble and tolerant
• Computer literate and must have a good knowledge of Microsoft office tools
• Must be able to manage the office properly
• Must be able to handle pressure and can work with minimum supervision
• Must be intelligent and have the ability to use her initiative


Remuneration: N60 - N100 per month
