Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the Talent Bridge’s talent Acquisition process and resources to support the future growth and performance of the brand. Successful execution includes establishing and maintaining a business partner relationship with hiring managers. This includes
Forecasting talent needs, defining positions, analyzing hiring trends and issues impacting candidate pools.
• You will serve as a critical enabler of the Company’s ongoing successful growth and expansion and provide talent acquisition leadership and consultation to our corporate clients.
• Lead the sourcing, assessing and hiring of high caliber candidates as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.
• Continuously improve the quality of recruiting processes to ensure they are simple, effective, repeatable, and scalable and integrated with Taleo.
• Manage recruiting resources and develop team members to continuously improve service levels. Success will be measured by improving and tracking key metrics including time to fill, quality hire, and recruiting function cost effectiveness.
• Lead training and development efforts to build teams’ interviewing and staffing competencies.
• Provide hands on, full cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions.
• Develop and oversee vendor policies and programs to create successful partnerships, which provide a variety of recruiting services i.e. sourcing, assessments, and candidate searches.
• Manage the identification, evaluation, selection and contracting of these resources ensuring relationships that provide cost effective services as value added business partner, i.e. Taleo, Hogan Assessments through Career Connections etc
• Work with Personnel team to create a candidate experience that supports Personnel’s employment branding from marketing opportunities, community relationships, web page development, and referral programs.
• Partner with HR team members in all areas pertaining to the attraction and retention of highly skilled employees e.g. total rewards, relocation, internal transfer, new hire orientation and assimilation, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Update job knowledge by participating in conferences in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
• Generate revenue through old and new business opportunities pertaining to Talent Acquisition
• Follow-up on payments from clients in a timely manner.
• Other roles will involve supporting the career center for workshops and mentoring. HRO Services will involve supporting client needs and or requests where applicable.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Requires experience with and knowledge of all legal aspects of recruitment and selection, discrimination, equal employment opportunity, harassment, labor laws and other human resource fields.
• Able to analyze issues and scenarios effectively and understand what the underlying issues are.
• Ability to sell (new business development and cold sales) and have a successful track record in recruitment.
• Knowledge grasp of professional principles and skills. Knows and effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular area of specialization.
• Influence/people leadership–strong leadership ability, able to motivate, develop and motivate others.
• Excellent Communication and listening skills.
• Must be self--?starters and self motivated.
• A passion to improve the effectiveness of client organizations
• Be able to work with a team and effectively under little supervision
• High affinity for technological advancements in recruitment.
