SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities:
· Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

· Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
RECEPTIONIST
Responsibilities:
  • Greet, register, and assign rooms to guest
  • Verify guest’s credit and establish how the guest will pay for accommodation
  • Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guest report problem.
  • Make and confirm reservation
  • Issue room keys and escort instruction to porters
  • Compute bills, collect payment and record guest comments or complaint, referring customers to manage as necessary
  • Post charges, such as for rooms, food, liquor or telephone callers to ledger
  • Keep records of room available and guest account
  • Sort out mails
  • Maintaining files of paper document
  • Arrange the catering for a typical lunch meeting
  • Take the minutes at meetings and prepare meetings document for review
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Answer visitor’s inquiries about the company
KITCHEN ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all shelves are clean, properly arranged and attractive
  • Package goods for customers and arrange delivery
  • Price tag and display items for sale.
  • Participate in stock taking

CATERER/COOK/CHEF
Responsibilities:
· The Cook will manage the preparation, portioning, service, and storage of food.
· Responsibilities also include the overall operation and maintenance of kitchen and storage facilities.
· Managing all culinary functions for this property.
· The Candidate will lead a team of associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account.
· Help to manage food cost controls and control expenditures for the account.
A hand in planning and creating all menus.
Cost out all recipes with both the café and catering.
Works as a team t help to purchase and manage all inventory including pantry supplies.

HOTEL MANAGER/SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
· Continually measure customer satisfaction levels and resolve any service issues immediately
· Ensure availability of goods on shelf at all time.
· Ensure all customers are well attended to
· Participate in stock taking
· Be aware of health, safety and welfare issues and practices.
· Updating of job orders.
· Preparation of purchase order and invoices.
· Raising of requisitions.
· Preparation of daily reports.
· Updating of sales invoicing using Peachtree.
WAITRESS/WAITERS
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner.
· Suggests food and beverages; to be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
· Cleans and polishes Glassware, China ware, hollowware and flatware.
· Replenishes supply of linen and other Operating equipment.
· Obtains requested items from the storeroom.
· Keeps general appearance and maintenance of Restaurant working areas.
· Follows correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.
· Sets up tables in accordance with Restaurant policy.
· Cleans and removes dishes from the table after service is completed.
