Social Media Personnel
Work with SEO to improve our social media presence and effectiveness using primarily Yookos, Face book, Twitter, YouTube and other relevant social media platforms. Manage and monitor numerous brands simultaneously. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to grow subscriptions, sales, partnership and increase social presence.

1. Serves as the lead on all social media campaigns in the brand and ministry space
2. Building the Online Ministry Brand of the Rhapsody of Realities Department via our social networks
3. Develop unique strategy and objectives to achieve the unit goals
4. Ideates, concepts, and creates relevant proposals and social media plans
5. Content development and script writing
6. Works with other members of the social media/online PR team to ensure top quality results.
7. Provides tracking and reporting recaps to verify success of campaigns and activity on social networks
8. Increase online visibility of the devotional on all relevant social network
9. Website research and comparisons with other brands.
10. Lead generation activities.
11. Website cross tie-up activities and follow-up.
12. Ability to think strategically thorough understanding of the social media space and those who engage with it
13. Proven success in launching campaigns and building communities via our social networks
14. Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and the desire to introduce the unit to potential new strategies and solutions that will positively impact our goals
15. Implement, manage, and coordinate all company's social media programs and initiatives including daily monitoring, management, and postings across all accounts
• Updating and compliance oversight of company's social media policies
• Managing social media accounts in coordination with senior management
• Creating and maintaining new social media accounts
• Work closely with the marketing managers
• Integrating new content and response follow-up on social media sites
• Provide regular reporting for senior management

Job Requirements

• At least two years experience in business social media
• Must have excellent communication and strong conversational writing skills
• Knowledge and experience in proper-set up, posting, monitoring, and management of all major social media sites including Face Book, Twitter, YouTube, Video, etc.
• Ability to manage user generated content and weed out threats yet encourage good content
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Creative thinker who can think outside the box
• Ability to engage online community
• Strong understanding of social media as used in business
• Must excel at being able to manage multiple online social media accounts and reply to postings quickly
• Knowledgeable in Golf and its vernacular, and culture
• Knowledge and understanding of how to use the latest social media technology
