The main focus of the job is to examine services rendered for high level of quality and identify services that do not meet the company’s specified standard of quality.
Job Respponsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service
Ensure that services provided are dependable, satisfactory and meet the level of quality of the company
Discover the cause of quality issues and fixing them
Evaluate services rendered, whether or not the end result is satisfactory

Qualifications
The successful candidate must have the following:
Minimum of HND in social sciences
Must be extremely neat
Must place emphasis on quality and pay attention to details
Must have integrity and organizational skills
Thorough understanding of quality and customer relations
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite will be an added advantage
