VACANCY-we are recruiting a project coordinator for a building maintenance company in Abuja.~Responsibilities•To participate in the keeping of records and logs as instructed/requested by site management•To manage, monitor and interpret the building maintenance documents supplied by the client/designer and by working with the site team.•To take an interest in and assist in all aspects of the project including but not limited to Health, Safety and Environmental issuesTo play a lead role in the maintenance of clients' offices ~Requirements •Experience in working on building projects is preferable though its not a prerequisite as training shall be provided. .Must have good managerial skills..Marketing experience is an added advantage. •Must be a team player but also able to work on own initiative•The candidate must be less than 28years. •Minimum of 2. 2 DegreeInterested candidates should send their resume to [email protected]
