ONLINE SALES AND MARKETING PERSONNEL
Job description
1. Plans and co-ordinates marketing, advertising and promotional activities and events for the department online
2. Creates implements and updates marketing strategies according to the department's needs.
3. Heads up the development and planning of the department's marketing and brand development activities;
4. Conducts market research to determine target market needs for the department's products
5. Conduct customer research, determine current market conditions and competitor information, including regular customer surveys
6. Create an annual marketing plan and budget
7. Create an annual brand development plan and budget.
8. Ensure that the planning of marketing and brand activities identify the different focuses of the department and support these appropriately
9. Create an annual calendar of events
10. Develop new topics and content for presentation
11. Manage public relations and advertising to create brand awareness on a frequent and regular basis.
12. Ensure all marketing and promotional materials are updated continuously and are easily assessable by the online sales team
13. Develop new marketing material and collateral, as well as advertising sales materials to support our online sales
14. Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution of marketing and advertising materials for the website unit
15. Optimal use of the Marketing budget through effective planning and execution of the marketing plan.
16. Report monthly to the management team regarding the performance of marketing activities against the agreed budget
17. Ensure regular marketing communications occur with both existing and prospective clients
18. Send the monthly newsletter on time and at the level of quality required by the department.
19. Set the monthly theme for the newsletter
20. Responsible for the department's online marketing activities make sure that the Department is visible and appealing online.
21. Ensure frequent, timely and positive media coverage for the website unit and its services and offerings across all available media;
22. Manage marketing relationships with third party organizations, support the marketing of any activities in which the department is involved
23. Manage the department's social enterprise online
24. All activities should result in the increased sales of the devotional online and increased partnership with the devotional online
25. Market partnership and sales the devotional on all available platforms online
26. List the devotional for sale on all relevant retails stores online
27. Strategically position effective adverts on certain websites online

Essential Knowledge / Experience:
B.sc Marketing Management Degree.
2 to 4 years of marketing experience in Online Media/Branding, or related industry
Extensive experience in the development of online marketing materials and collateral
Experience with the management of a marketing budget
Capacity to oversee all online marketing, advertising and promotional activities of a compan
y
